Back to school - writing school that is

If you know me, then you know that I love back to school sales. I have boxes of notebooks I picked up the other day for ten cents each sitting on my shelf waiting for use through the year. Pencils, pens, dry erase markers, erasers... it's all there for the buying and is a writer's heaven. Red pens and pencils for corrections, binders, storage boxes for pencils. $20 will stock a writer's work shelf for an entire year. So, what could possibly be better? Why, finding a source for back to school things online that sells more than just the basics! Furniture, desks, desk chairs, even ::gasp:: cubbies! ::big grin:: I found cubbies, those handy shelves with all the little storage compartments that are in every kindergarten room. I particularly love the one that has places for storage boxes below and a row of slots sized to slip a folder into above. Yes, they are sized to a 7 year old, but imagine mounting one up on top of a desk or on the wall. Stack two of them even. You could outfit an entire office from this place with things designed around writing - after all, that's what the kids are doing all day, right?
