I went looking for a good submission tracking program a little while ago. I wanted to find something in the Open Source community so I can modify it to fit my needs rather than just go with what others have to offer for their own needs.
I downloaded two non Open Source to test them out, one is an older one (we're talking made for Windows 2.0 here folks), and the other one is a more recent one, but neither are Open Source. So, now I have decided to go after Open Source and see what they have to offer me. I'll take any suggestions from anyone that knows a good OS program, but I want one with a GPL so I can modify the program and then let others use the modifications I have made to it.
If anyone knows of any good Open Source submission tracking programs please, please let me know. Thanks!
