Did you get a moment to check out the "Inside Online Education" podcast by Capella University yet?

I find the focus of this week's podcast interesting. Their current podcast features an interview with capella university PhD student Carla Chladek.

Chladek's job at the Pentagon as a Program Manager for the Joint Staff Training Program, makes her responsible for ensuring that the training needs are met for the 2,000 military men and women that support the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. I was a bit surprised find that someone like Chladek would be pursuing her master's degree in education through an online university.

Surprised or not, that is just one of the stories that you can find in the "Inside Online Education" podcasts. They feature interviews with students, faculty and staff and present a first hand view that shows you each person's personal experiences in online education.
