Basic Synopsis: The crimes of love are generally the sort of story that the reader is likely to be both horrified and fascinated by. They explore sexual relationships which are social taboos in many societies and may range from pure love to depravity. These are, for a large part, the sorts of stories that you generally would not ask your mother to proof read for you. Socially unacceptable subjects that are kept secret by the lover and beloved.
Among the more agreeable of the types of stories that fall into this category would be stories that concern two men in love with one another or two women in love with one another. Less socially acceptable subjects would be those of incest with the plots that fall under the heading of crimes of love degrading from there.
