Well, maybe you can't do that exactly, but you can build a computer that is able to be used while parts are under the sea in a tank filled with mineral oil. Yup, you can build a computer that will run in a tank full of mineral oil. Check this video out. The only thing it's missing is a couple of them plastic aquarium plants and a few little glass fishies that float under a glass air bubble.

Did you ever just feel like dunking that computer in the fish tank? I mean it, just upending the while mess and submerging it.
