Beef stew
Beef stew is such an easy thing to make, but it takes a long time. 2 to 4 hours at least. I made some for dinner night before last and reheated it last night. It was good the first night, but I did not get a chance to have any of the stew last night. I was too tired when it was ready so just went to bed. My parent's, sister and nephews polished it off though.

this looks like a very delicious recipe, i could only imagine how it would taste with beef tenderloin! (my favorite meat)
