This is a note I made this afternoon when the power went out as I was working - it shows why I love having an Alphasmart.

Damn. It is 10:25 and we just lost power. I was happily working away on my websites and screen went dark, computer fan whirrred down, and radio in my dad's room went silent.
Just as I was about to go get coffee too. ::sigh::
Now I am typing on my little Alphasmart to get my work done. Thank gawd I bought this thing. LOL!

If you don't yet have one of these handy writing tools I suggest you go haunting on eBay and find you one, they are the best invention for writers since the pencil.
