Working on office still

I have been working on my home office, getting the desk set up along the wall under the map of my world that I painted back when I first had that room as the office.

Well... I messed up and made a nasty scratch across the top of the desk when I cut the material for the top with a sheetrock knife. :-( :::wincing:: It was, thankfully, in an area where I intend to put my computer, but it still makes me unhappy that I scraped the top of it up the way I did, it's such a lovely material that I dearly love the looks of.

Maybe I can get some glass to cover the top of it with so I won't risk more damage?
