Getting my Vaio ready to travel

I need to go over my computer and make sure I have all my writing moved over onto the Vaio, and get it set up for the seminars that I will be attending in Las Vegas. I want to divide things up so I can keep easy track of everything on the Viao and not have it turn into the royal mess that this one did where I can't find the files without a major search and sending out the muse army.
