Working hard, just can't see the progress

Trying to keep up with the writing class I am taking online is not as easy as I would like it to be, not from having too much classwork, but from trying to keep up with that and trying to do my normal workload and trying to keep up with household chores and the chores of being a full-time family caregiver to both of my parents and to the past week trying to help my brother finish his house so he can move into it. It's just... uhhhhgh! Insane. And the to top it all off? I have a nasty toothache that is making life in general misery at the moment. ::sigh:: I need to find affordable health insurance that includes dental work. Right now I am just hoping that my novel somehow morphs itself into a mega-bestseller with movie and video game deals... yeah, right. LOL Nah, I just wanna write it for the joy of writing, but that other stuff would be nice, huh?
