I'm doing muse exercises

I have not got much done on Heir lately, but I have been working on getting some stuff wrote that is for kind of a excercise in getting the muses limbered up. Initial reports from my beta reader on the first part of it have been good, only one area made her hesitate on what I had intended. She's a wonderful beta too, unafraid to point out my flaws to me when it is needed. With luck the muses will start waking back up and let me turn their talents back to Heir and other stories I want to be able to sell.
