Writer's Vacation Home Retreat

When you think of Orlando Florida, chances are you think of a rodent with big round ears that drove a steamboat back when he was first finding work outside of silent films. In fact, with the massive expanse of Walt Disney World it is hard to think of anything else when you think of Orlando. But did there is so much more to find there than theme parks.

Imagine renting a historic home in downtown Orlando where you can spend your days wandering the stores and your nights writing on your novel in your very own writer's retreat. Rolling hills and oak trees entice the muses while an airboat ride across the Everglades can build a novel's worth of ideas all on it's own.

It might just be that an Orlando Rental Home is just what you need for getting away to write the novel of your dreams. Rather you get a home to stay in for a few months, or invest in a permanent vacation home that you can return to year after year, vacations homes are an excellent way to create your own little hideaway writer's retreat.

Or, if you are part of a writing group, consider the idea of a group retreat. Splitting the costs 4, 6 or even 10 ways can be a great way to afford the escape and evenings can be spent having a group dinner followed by writing exercises then everyone going off to get an hour or three of work done on their respective novels with the new additions shared over breakfast or lunch the next day. A week of that would break any level of writer's block.
