My diet is flopping. ::wails:: - I'm rethinking it and pondering changes. One change I am pondering is to look into the Nutrisystem Nourish deal I keep seeing on TV. It looks like a good program from what I have seen about it and if it can help me drop the weight off then I'm thinking that yeah, I may just be interested in joining them and seeing if I can't just loose more easily (and less stressfully) than I have been in my current efforts. And lets face it - to paraphrase one of their spokewomen, any diet that lets you eat chocolate is a good diet.
