Writing math: Desk+long hours=needs to exercise

You know, I could make a case for why a writer needs a heart rate monitor to help monitor their heart rate when they stand holding that envelope from the publishing house they sent their manuscript off to. About how the palpitating heart and thready pulse should be checked before the envelope is opened to help protect weak hearts against the high rick of rejection and the heart stopping thrill of finding a contract.

But I won't. We all know it is more about health. Writer's spend their days at a desk working on a computer (or on a typewriter or a legal pad) and that means that regular exercise is a vital way to stay healthy, and Heart Rate Monitors are an important tool to helping you know if you are working out properly or not.
