Basic Synopsis: The decision of the power in authority is most often doubtful, leaving the supplicant to convince through begging for the decision to be in their favor. Perhaps the supplicant has been harmed or is being hunted by the persecutor and seeking refuge or help from the power in authority in finding safety or evading the persecutor.
