I sometimes find that when I get my hands on a new program it prompts my muses to start giving me something to say so I can test it out. So, here ya go. Find something new to toy with, whether it is a demo version of a program you are thinking about buying or a freeware program or something from the Open Source market - shoot, even something you might have programmed yourself and want to test out.
Just something new and interesting that you want to toy with and let the muses come out and check it out. See what they give you to work with while they are distracted by the new toy.
