For more approaches to outlining check out these resources that I have found from online, they can get you started and pointed in the right direction, but remember that you still need to sit down and do the work yourself. Getting your story outlined will point you in the right direction for where to start off on getting it written.

Another good source from back in 2005, which includes a word of advice that I can only repeat with heartfelt sincerity "What follows is how I outline. This may make things easier or jam you up. Use only what works for you." is Novel III: Outlining by Lynn Viehl on her blog Paperback Writer.
