Writer's Life Contest?
I have been considering the option of starting up a contest for my website, maybe offering a Amazon or Barnes and Noble gift certificate? Possibly a subscription to a writing magazine? What does everyone think about that? Would it be something that might draw interest? What might you suggest for a prize, what is a good format for selecting winners? Should it be a judged contest or just a random drawing from entries? Any help in thinking this through would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think an Amazon.com gift certificate would be a great prize! I think for the contest, it really depends on what you're looking for. If you want people to comment more, give people an entry for every comment they make and then randomly draw. ;)
