I have never liked Howard Stern, but I have just found a new reason to actually dislike the man. MSNBC has an article in their entertainment section that focuses on Stern's use of audio book manipulation to make twisted and racist comments from celebrities that have made audio book recordings. The article stated that he has targeted George Takei of Star Trek, and last week manipulated sound bites from an audio book Dolly Parton made to create "....seemingly racist and sexually graphic sound bites..."
There are times when it can be all in good fun to take what someone has said out of context for purposes of amusement, but I think it goes well beyond the line for him to be intentionally manipulating material to create something that can be construed as being racist and sexually graphic comments by someone.
Stern goes too far with audio book manipulations
