Editorial Calendar

I downloaded a new program that I am hoping will be what I need for the editorial calendar that I am working on for my blogs. I need to find something that will let me make it easier to keep them updated and help alleviate some of the problem with blogs slipping through the cracks on the desk for days and even weeks on end while I am trying to keep up with other things around here. Ideally I want a neatly organized checklist that I can make my way down and check off what has been done and what still needs to be done for each of my blogs, with it being linked in to a calendar where I can assign specific topics and post subjects to specific calendar points.
