Today is the day to write

I went outside and tried to put up the Christmas lights along the front porch of the house - but the snow flurries out there chased me right back in to hide.

I went out and measured - we have 6.5 inches of snow in the yard and today it has dumped 1.5 inches where it was shoveled night before last.

Temperature is sitting on 20° F and the snow is falling still - small flakes, but there's a LOT of them.

So today I am staying inside where it's warm and writing.
